To help deliver on our STEA work, we draw on the firm’s consultants to undertake short-term assignments at client companies to provide subject matter expertise. In these roles, our consultants are able to make a direct impact on the financial and operational well-being of our clients as well as help them design and implement policies, procedures and processes that reduce their vulnerabilities to risk exposures and contribute to a more robust client.
